This Gender Equality Plan is a formal document approved by the management of GRID+ and publicly available on the company's website. The document represents the organisation's commitment to gender equality and inclusive organisational practices. The plan is endorsed by company management and integrated into the organisational policies of the company.

2. Dedicated Resources

Although GRID+ is a small and growing technology company, responsibility for the implementation of gender equality principles is assigned to company management. Gender equality considerations are integrated into organisational practices, recruitment processes and team development. As the organisation grows, GRID+ commits to allocating appropriate organisational attention and internal resources to maintain and improve gender equality practices.

3. Data Collection and Monitoring

GRID+ monitors the composition of its workforce with regard to gender balance and equal opportunities. Basic internal monitoring of sex-disaggregated data is carried out to ensure transparency in recruitment and collaboration practices. The company commits to periodically reviewing gender representation within the organisation and maintaining annual internal reporting based on relevant indicators.
